Choice Hotel: Comfort Suites and Mainstay

Partnering with the Choice Hotel brand, Kingsley and Co. secured the hotel flag to build a 113 key Comfort Suites hotel. Kingsley and Co. negotiated the purchase and sale agreement of site, negotiated incentives with the city of Cincinnati, and facilitated both the equity and debt for the project.

Kingsley and Co., in partnership with Borror Properties, was selected as lead developer for a prominent two acre parcel in the heart of the King Lincoln Bronsville Community in Downtown Columbus, Ohio. The proposed mixed-use development includes market-rate apartments and retail space.

Kingsley and Co. was selected as the developer of the former CMHA Headquarters in downtown Cincinnati. Kingsley and Co. negotiated a purchase and sale agreement with the Housing and Urban Development, HUD. The proposed mixed-use development includes office, retail, and parking.

Kingsley and Co. controls 2.5 acres of contiguous property in the heart of Avondale. Located less than a half-mile from the Martin Luther King Interchange, the site is prime for redevelopment into workforce housing and retail.

Kingley and Co. negotiated the purchase and sale agreement with the University of Cincinnati and Towne Properties to successfully acquire land and build a 115 key Marriot Hotel. Kingsley and Co. also facilitated the capital stack

 
Mabley Place: Tower Place Mall Conversion | 2014

  • Total Project: 7.5 Million

This public private partnership project converted a vacant mall in Downtown Cincinnati into a mixed-use retail and 775 –space parking garage. Kingsley and Co. facilitated the initial capital stack and negotiated the purchase and sale agreement with the city of Cincinnati.
