New Comfort Suites Mainstay Suites extended-stay hotel centrally located 1 mile from Downtown Cincinnati and Uptown's award-winning hospital network. Kingsley + Co. partnered with the Choice Hotel brand, negotiated the purchase and sale agreement of site, negotiated incentives with the city of Cincinnati, and facilitated both the equity and debt for the project.  Learn More

Kingsley and Co., in partnership with Borror Properties, was selected as lead developer for a prominent two acre parcel in the heart of the King Lincoln Bronsville Community in Downtown Columbus, Ohio. The proposed mixed-use development includes market-rate apartments and retail space.

Kingley and Co. negotiated the purchase and sale agreement with the University of Cincinnati and Towne Properties to successfully acquire land and build a 115 key Marriot Hotel. Kingsley and Co. also facilitated the capital stack

 
Mabley Place: Tower Place Mall Conversion | 2014

This public private partnership project converted a vacant mall in Downtown Cincinnati into a mixed-use retail and 775 –space parking garage. Kingsley and Co. facilitated the initial capital stack and negotiated the purchase and sale agreement with the city of Cincinnati.
